Note: Products on sale/ promotions will not be eligible for a refund request.
If you need a refund for your order, kindly send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org,
within seven days of receiving your order to get your return request approved.
In the subject of the email, please mention
" Return Request for order < insert your order number here >."
Please mention the reason for the return request in the email.
Please Note :
- Once a customer returns the product and a refund request is processed, the system will not dispatch any new orders by the same customer, even if the order is prepaid. If we receive a prepaid order, the refund will automatically be processed into the customer's original payment method, and the order will stand cancelled.
That Art Girl will accept the return of an item only if the following conditions are met:
1) Returns will only be eligible for Manufacturing Defects.
2) Return should be initiated within seven days of delivery of the original order by sending us an email on email@example.com with your order number and details of the return.
3) The product should be dispatched to our warehouse within 72 hours of approval of your return request.
4) Only after receiving it we will inspect and initiate the refund process (if all policy conditions are met)
5) The tags on the product should be intact.
6) The product should be unused, scratch-free and in undamaged condition.
7) If an exchange request has been processed for an original order, no return requests can be processed for the original order.
8) Refund for your order will be transferred into your bank account the following Friday after the package has been received at our warehouse and all the return policy conditions are met.
That Art Girl reserves the right to reject any return request if any above conditions are not met.
We do not provide reverse pickups.
